Information we collect

Shopify collects information needed for purchases, including your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, ordered items and payment information. A phone number may be requested for delivery or verification. Shopify and its payment providers process card details; our custom storefront does not receive or store your full card number.

When you contact us, we receive the details and message you choose to send and relevant order information. Our contact page opens a draft in your own email application; it sends only when you send it there. Please do not send card numbers, government identification or medical records.

Hosting and commerce providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. The storefront stores your bag and privacy preference in your browser. Configured optional analytics records page views and shopping interactions only with your consent.

How information is used

We use information to fulfill orders, process payments and refunds, send transactional messages, respond to requests, investigate delivery or product problems, prevent fraud, secure services, maintain business records and meet legal duties. Optional analytics helps improve the store. Marketing messages require the permission applicable law requires, and you may unsubscribe.

Providers and disclosures

Hostinger provides hosting and business email. Shopify provides the catalog, cart, hosted checkout, payments and order management. Supliful and carriers receive order and delivery details needed to prepare and ship purchases. Klaviyo processes email addresses and order and browsing activity to send the messages you have agreed to receive. Judge.me processes the email address and order details needed to invite a review, and publishes the reviews you choose to submit. Google receives analytics data only when the feature is configured and permitted. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, for lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell customer lists. Any sale or sharing as defined by applicable privacy law is subject to the choices below.

Tracking and your choices

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or reject optional analytics. Purchases do not depend on accepting it. Global Privacy Control keeps optional storefront analytics off. We do not interpret a separate Do Not Track browser signal as a distinct setting. The cookie policy explains browser storage and the separate Shopify checkout.

The custom storefront does not install advertising pixels or intentionally send contact messages, email addresses, full payment details or medical information to analytics. Shopify services may use their own cookies and process activity under their notices and controls. Withdrawing storefront analytics consent stops future optional events; it does not automatically erase previously processed information.

Reviews and marketing email

If you ask to receive marketing email, Klaviyo stores your email address and records which messages you open and which links you follow, together with order and browsing activity from this store, so the messages are relevant. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message and we stop sending. Order confirmations, shipping notices and replies to your own questions are not marketing and continue regardless.

After an order is delivered, Judge.me may email you an invitation to review what you bought. Writing a review is optional. A published review shows the name or initials you supply, your rating, your words and any photograph you attach, and it stays visible until you ask us to remove it. Do not include your address, order number, payment details or health information in a review.

Where a reviewer received a product free or at a discount, the review is labelled to say so. We do not edit reviews to make them more favourable, we do not remove a review for being critical, and we do not publish reviews written by anyone who has not used the product.

Privacy requests

Email hello@prettypeptides.com with the subject Privacy request to ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to object to or opt out of a use. Depending on location and applicable law, you may have rights to restrict processing, withdraw consent or appeal a decision. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

We may verify a request using information already associated with your order or correspondence. Authorized agents may submit requests with evidence of authority; we may verify your identity directly. We request only reasonably necessary information. Reply with Privacy appeal if you want further review of a declined request. We respond within applicable legal periods and explain permitted extensions or exemptions.

Retention and security

We retain transaction information as needed to fulfill orders, address disputes and meet accounting, tax and legal duties. Support messages are kept while needed for the inquiry and related issues. Technical logs follow provider settings and security needs. An active dispute or legal duty may require longer retention; information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Bag and consent preferences remain in browser storage until cleared or replaced. We use appropriate access controls and safeguards, but no transmission or service is completely secure.

Children

This store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact hello@prettypeptides.com if you believe a child has supplied information so we can investigate.
