All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will attempt to assist if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Non-Returnable Items
